The latest downloadable content for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, called "Hearthfire," is now available to download on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. The new expansion doesn't add anything to the combat of the game but instead allows players to get into real estate.
Gamers can now buy their own plot of land in Skyrim and begin construction on their own home. Their own mansion would be the more proper term for it since players can make them pretty huge with lots of add-ons like fish hatcheries, bee hives, and trophy rooms. You can even adopt a kid and move your whole family into the place.
With this official add-on to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, you can purchase land and build your own home from the ground up – from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with an armory, alchemy laboratory, stable, garden, and more.
